Who Am I?
Hello! I'm Dr. Michael Amendola, a board-certified vascular surgeon with over 15 years of dedicated practice since 2009. As a leader in vascular surgery, medical education, and AI-driven innovation, I'm passionate about delivering expert insights that make a real difference – whether in the operating room, the classroom, or the courtroom.
Pre-Medical Education
I completed my undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary in Chemistry in 1995. I also completed a Masters in Chemistry in 1996.
Medical Education
I received his medical degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) School of Medicine. I remained at VCU for training in general and vascular surgery.
Graduate Medical Education
I trained in general surgery at VCU Health System. He remained there to complete training in field of vascular surgery. I maintains boards in general and vascular surgery and have been practicing in the field of vascular surgeon since 2009.
Current Efforts
In 2019, I completed my Masters in Education in the Health Professions from Johns Hopkins University. In addition to practicing vascular surgery and being an expert in the field, I am committed to expand knowledge and experience in areas of leadership, education, innovation and the use of artificial intelligence.
